Regional Account Manager Job Description

The Regional Accounts Manager is a key role at A Place for Mom, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our national and regional customers. This position requires a unique blend of sales and account management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer-facing programs to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Deliver monthly data packages to customers to help them understand market trends and drive their business performance
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with customers to conduct business reviews, execute regional roadshows, and promote new programs
  • Assist with maintaining the database of multi-property senior living companies and ensure their entire portfolio is on the A Place for Mom Referral service
  • Help resolve invoice disputes in a fair and equitable manner, communicating results to customers in a supportive and positive manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with C-level, Divisional, and Regional executives
  • A high level of enthusiasm for building a business
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable with data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Google's Suite of Products
