We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Strategy and Growth. This role will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and growth of our Specialty Pharmacy business, including developing and executing plans to enhance clinical outcomes, increase prescription volumes, and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of the Specialty Pharmacy strategy, including formulary and clinical strategy programs, partnerships, and sales initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of business plans to drive growth and profitability in the Specialty Pharmacy business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our Specialty Pharmacy business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payors, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.
- Provide strategic leadership to a high-performing team of Pharmacy professionals, including recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Specialty Pharmacy.
- 8+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong external network in Specialty Pharmacy and Pharma.
- Deep understanding of clinical strategy and programs, as well as experience working with clients and supporting RFPs.
- Knowledgeable about service delivery in pharmacy business, with a strong understanding of the tension between operations and strategy.
