As a key member of our team, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the financial, administrative, and clerical support functions are executed efficiently, timely, and accurately. The position will report to OneOncology's Accounts Payable Sr. Manager and will be responsible for supervising the accounts payable process at the corporate and practice level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Accounts Payable Process: Work closely with accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Resolve Invoice Discrepancies: Serve as the point of contact for resolution of all invoice discrepancies, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors.
  • Collaborate with Management: Ensure proper approvals are obtained timely and maintain AP aging schedule and process payment runs in accordance with company policy.
  • Work Error Reconciliation Report: Process payment runs and maintain vendor setup, ensuring all proper documentation is received and maintained.
  • Assist with Audits: Participate in quarterly and year-end audits as it relates to accounts payable.
  • Other Responsibilities: Participate in other projects as needed, demonstrate effective communication skills and customer service approach, and work well with others in a team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Supervisory Experience: Required.
  • Accounts Payable Experience: Shared service or multi-location experience preferred.
  • Healthcare Experience: A plus.
  • Experience with Workday Financials: A plus.
  • Independent Worker: Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong Supervisory and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to help standardize processes while maintaining great customer service.
  • Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task: Bring solutions to the table and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: BS/BA in a business-related field required.
