Compensation:
$45,000/year + Company Vehicle (including Gas, Insurance, and Maintenance)

Are you motivated by a commitment to customer satisfaction? Do you excel in a dynamic, high-pressure environment? Join us as an Operations Supervisor Trainee and embark on an exciting learning experience.

Through our structured, hands-on training program, you will dive into operations, mastering the skills necessary to boost financial performance, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while leading teams.

You will rotate through essential operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Upon completing the eight-week training, you will step into a supervisory position, managing one or more daily operations and sales functions to optimize fleet utilization, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management.

You will receive mentorship to develop your skills and progress from Operations Supervisor to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 organization.

What we seek:
A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree coupled with at least two years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting with a positive attitude, and capacity to make independent decisions
A valid driver's license
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels
This role requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Additional qualifications:
One year of experience delivering high-quality customer service.
