Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the complete process of collecting payments from clients.
  • Maintain precise records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to guarantee prompt collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Review accounts receivable aging reports and pinpoint delinquent accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to address payment concerns.
  • Generate regular reports on collection efforts and outstanding accounts.
  • Establish and uphold policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable function.
  • Address customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Implement and sustain internal controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or in a comparable position.
  • In-depth knowledge of billing and collection processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
