Branch Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delinquency Resolution Expert to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for resolving customer delinquencies and helping individuals succeed in managing their financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for high-volume collections activities to achieve delinquency goals for an assigned branch.
- Work with customers in a consultative manner, negotiating to resolve account matters, including renewing loans.
- Commitment to excellent customer service with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to overcome objections and utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve customer delinquencies.
- HS Diploma/GED.
- Collections or customer service experience.
- Bilingual (language requirement per need).
