Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our team at Ence's Global. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable, contacting customers to resolve payment issues, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of collections.
  • Contact customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, including customer interactions and payment history.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve collection issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
