Candidates with a background in hospitality are encouraged to apply, although experience with the Best Western brand is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle online and telephone reservations with accuracy
- Educate guests on payment options and confirm credit card details
- Register guests by collecting essential information such as contact details and stay dates
- Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly
- Provide detailed information about the hotel, including available rooms, pricing, and amenities
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and well-prepared for guests
- Verify group bookings and offer tailored services for VIP guests and event participants
- Promote additional services and amenities when suitable
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and financial transactions
Required Skills
- Experience in a hotel front desk role, receptionist position, or similar capacity
