Key Responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable authority on our offerings and master the company's internal systems.
  • Design and implement a sales strategy that focuses on: (1) acquiring new customers and introducing new products to current clients, and (2) strengthening loyal relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Achieve personal and company sales targets consistently.
  • Engage with current and prospective clients regularly, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and colleagues to develop effective sales marketing strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders, invoicing, and collections.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all leads and customers, both in hard and digital formats.
  • Adhere to all company policies, values, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Execute your responsibilities efficiently, focusing on cost-effectiveness and effective time management.
  • Participate in management meetings, training sessions, and collaborative work sessions.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales with 2-5 years of experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the paper or packaging industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a winning attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Desire for a long-term career with a history of longevity in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Base salary plus commission, with packages for experienced sales representatives starting at $75,000 and above, and entry-level positions starting at $50,000 and above.
  • Shared health coverage, including vision and dental options.
