We are dedicated to delivering outstanding solutions for critical cooling applications and industrial processes. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to become a vital part of our team and contribute to our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach to identify and secure lucrative business opportunities within the construction sector.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to foster new business growth.
- Engage in calls, site visits, and presentations to both existing and prospective customers.
- Proactively reach out to leads through diverse channels including cold calling and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within established timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a unified sales strategy.
- Provide consistent updates on customer requirements, competitive landscape, and potential new offerings.
- Remain informed about industry trends and best practices.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a comparable position.
- Demonstrated success in managing the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to craft customized presentations for varied audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and building effective relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proven history of achieving sales objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
