Sales Representative - B2B - HVAC - Uncapped Commission (15%) - Car Allowance - REMOTE

Jobot is a premier provider of exceptional design, installation, and maintenance services for commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are dedicated to delivering superior solutions for critical cooling applications and industrial processes. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team and contribute to our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach to identify and secure lucrative business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to foster new business growth.
  • Engage in calls, site visits, and presentations to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Proactively reach out to leads through diverse channels, including cold calling and networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within designated timeframes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a unified sales strategy.
  • Provide regular insights on customer requirements, competitive landscape, and potential new offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the sales process from initiation to closure.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
  • Capability to develop customized presentations for varied audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to cultivate productive relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven history of achieving sales objectives.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
