Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Events, with logistics and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Research and maintain lists of potential venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review event details and make necessary arrangements.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
  • Track and manage event inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout the office and event spaces to provide support.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $59,000 to $63,000 per year.
