Job Title: Front Office Manager

ModernHaus SoHo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Guest Services, Concierge, and Uniformed Services/Transportation departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Guest Services personnel to deliver high-quality service.
  • Monitor and analyze room revenue and occupancy, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work long hours as required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
