Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise the Front Desk and Guest Services teams to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and control daily hotel operations, including event planning, budget management, and financial controls.
- Guest Relations: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all services and products offered to guests and employees.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of department members.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by reporting concerns and observations to management.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and counseling, and make recommendations for promotions and disciplinary actions.
- Guest and Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests and employees to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Experience: Three years of front office experience in a leadership role or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Skills: Proficient in hotel front desk software and MS Office software programs; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills.
