Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Front Desk, Bell Services, Recreation, and Self Park operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise the Front Desk, Bell Services, Recreation, and Self Park teams to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and control daily hotel operations, including event planning, staff scheduling, and budget management.
  • Guest Relations: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all departments, including hotel management, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of front office experience in a leadership role or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Skills: Proficient in hotel front desk software and MS Office software programs; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills.
