We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Sofitel New York. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge, and Night Audit departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Front Office Ambassadors to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Office efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of Front Office operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics related to Front Office operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus, French preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
