Position Overview:

Integration International Inc. is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Coordinator to deliver extensive support to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will excel in managing intricate calendars, proficiently handle expense reports through Concur, and expertly coordinate travel logistics. This position encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:


Calendar Oversight: Skillfully manage and organize multifaceted calendars, which includes scheduling appointments, meetings, and arranging travel logistics.


Expense Oversight: Efficiently manage Concur expenses, ensuring the precise and timely processing of expense reports, receipts, and reimbursements.


Travel Management: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while adhering to company travel policies and seeking cost-effective options.


Administrative Assistance: Provide thorough administrative support to the team.


Meeting Organization: Arrange and facilitate meetings, including coordinating logistics, catering, and providing assistance during meetings as necessary.


Additional Tasks: Support special projects, conduct research, and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed to enhance team and office operations.

Qualifications:


• High School diploma or equivalent required.


• Demonstrated experience in complex calendar management and travel coordination.


• Proficient in Concur or similar expense management platforms.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
