Territory Sales Specialist

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets? We are looking for an outside sales executive who can implement a strategic sales approach to develop new business and enhance existing client relationships. Annual earnings between $75,000 and $125,000 based on performance, along with benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:- Quickly assess potential clients by identifying key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, analyzing competition, and recognizing budget constraints and timelines.
- Present our solutions to potential clients through engaging sales presentations, negotiate agreements, and secure signed contracts.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively educate prospects and clients on our unique offerings.
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and engage in sales-generating activities.
- Efficiently manage your sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline while consistently identifying new target clients.
- Conduct daily sales routes and appointments.
- Participate in industry organizations and attend trade shows, expos, meetings, and networking events.
- Arrange and attend one-on-one meetings, company presentations, and client outings.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive to relay customer feedback.
- Work with team members to address client issues.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Adhere to the established business plan.
- Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
- High school diploma required; industry or product knowledge is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or related marketing roles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
- High energy, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing prospects and clients.
- Ability to create a positive first impression.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Must reside in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.
