Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative for Global Syn-Turf, a leading provider of synthetic turf solutions. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment and is dedicated to achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and prospect new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Global Syn-Turf products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
