Marketing Leadership Opportunity at HPR LLC

HPR LLC is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive growth and customer acquisition. As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will oversee the creation and expansion of an in-house marketing staff, manage marketing consultant relationships, and execute HPR's overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, positioning HPR as a leader in the fintech industry.
  • Brand Development: Define and articulate HPR's brand identity, value proposition, and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead customer acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with HPR's target audience.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
  • Marketing Operations: Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enable efficient and scalable marketing operations.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to extend HPR's reach and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • A track record of driving growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and innovation.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
