About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and showcasing our clients' market-leading products through strategic planning, execution, and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, merchandisers, and buyers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to develop and execute sales plans and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or distribution sales
  • Restaurant operations or culinary experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
