Job Overview

We are actively seeking dedicated production associates for our overnight operations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong enthusiasm for working in a manufacturing setting and a desire to enhance their skill set. You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you through the various stages of our production process and conduct regular check-ins to ensure your progress.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections throughout the shift
  • Inputting data into our computer systems
  • Ensuring the production line operates efficiently
  • Collaborating with a Technician for line setups and product changeovers

Our environment is fast-paced, and candidates should be prepared for continuous activity. During any downtime, you will be expected to maintain a tidy workspace by organizing materials, cleaning, and covering for colleagues during breaks.

Essential Qualifications

Required:

  • Stable work history with minimal job changes
  • Ambition and eagerness to learn within a manufacturing context
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-speed work environment
  • Familiarity with micrometers and calipers
  • Prior experience in manufacturing roles

Compensation

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential increases based on performance and experience.

Schedule

This position operates on a rotating night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a schedule of two days on followed by two days off, including occasional weekend shifts.
