  • Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement daily production schedules, ensuring efficient material flow and optimal use of manpower and equipment.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and train employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all production processes meet quality and safety standards, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that departmental inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Sales, Engineering, and Production, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering).
  • Experience: Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and ISO procedures.
  • Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply principles of business math skills as they apply to production and inventory, ability to understand a wide range of intellectual and practical problems by applying principles of logical or scientific thinking.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Internet Communications.
