Job Summary:

Chicken of the Sea is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - IT Service Desk to join our team. This role is responsible for providing frontline technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through remote or in-person troubleshooting.
  • Log and document service requests and incidents accurately.
  • Prioritize and manage service desk tickets based on urgency and impact.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
  • 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
