About the Role

As a Student IT Service Desk Technician Intern at Hatch LLC, you will be part of our Shared Services group, supporting the business in achieving its goals through strong technical capabilities. This internship opportunity is for an in-office, full-time 40 hours/week internship during Summer 2025.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support to Hatch employees, including hardware and software support for desktop PCs

Rebuild and reconfigure PCs as needed

Operate the help desk and provide over-the-phone support

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Ability to troubleshoot and repair PC-related problems

Strong communication and teamwork skills
