Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support professional to join our Cypress HCM team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop, client, and retail systems, including imaging services and basic user and application support.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills to de-escalate situations and maintain a professional demeanor in pressure situations.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers, and networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of a common coding/scripting language and APIs.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation.

Work Environment:

The Help Desk Support role is a full-time position with a comprehensive training program, including onboarding and ongoing development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

$13.68 - $18.24 per hour
