At Cloud9 Cannabis, we are seeking a Dispensary Operations Supervisor who will take charge of managing our retail dispensary operations. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment and involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members across all operational areas.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for team members.
  • Serve as a role model and cultural ambassador for the team.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols to protect assets and personnel.

2. Financial Oversight

  • Achieve revenue targets through effective management practices and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop promotions, pricing strategies, and product offerings.

3. Inventory and Compliance Management

  • Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including intake and compliance processes.
  • Foster a culture of compliance through ongoing training and engagement with regulatory bodies.
  • Manage cash flow operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures.
  • Coordinate supply orders for operational needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for facility maintenance and operational needs.

4. Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Develop a customer-centric culture that prioritizes loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Train staff on product knowledge and service excellence to enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor to promote products and address inquiries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer feedback and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant industry software.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks as required by law.
