CO-MANAGER TRAINEE

POSITION SUMMARY

• Engage in a co-management training initiative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn to assist the Store Manager in formulating strategies and objectives to drive store sales and profitability.

• Gain insights into Operations Management, including oversight of front-end processes related to sales and returns.

• Understand how to maintain all store equipment and systems, as well as manage daily financial operations.

• Responsible for annual budget management

• Oversee multiple projects

• Maintain various internal and external relationships

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledgeable about all areas, products, services, and procedures

• Awareness of competitive landscape

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - INTERNAL CANDIDATES:
  • Minimum of six months of employment with Schnucks for Store/Facility Teammates.
  • Minimum of one year of employment with Schnucks for Store Support Center Teammates.
  • Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
  • If selected for an interview, manager approval based on performance is required.
