As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing all facets of store operations, ensuring the achievement of key performance and financial goals. We seek individuals who are proud to be exceptional merchants, passionate leaders, and dedicated to enhancing every customer experience.

Your Impact:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including customer service and staff performance.
  • Help with merchandise unloading, organization, and transfer from stockroom to sales floor.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet merchandising standards for product quality and presentation.
  • Support reporting efforts to drive sales and minimize losses.
  • Take full management responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in retail management, preferably in grocery or retail environments.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks requiring lifting above shoulder height.
  • Availability: Flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment checks, including drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
