**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. As a Sales Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by processing and managing sales orders, quality checking products, and handling customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and manage sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and process improvements to optimize our sales operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in sales support or administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.
