Position Overview

Bright Bridge Group is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.


In this position, you will be tasked with managing both incoming and outgoing communications, delivering outstanding assistance and guidance to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a satisfactory experience for every interaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, acting as the initial point of contact for clients.
  • Offer precise information about our offerings, services, and organizational policies.
  • Support customers with their questions, order processing, billing inquiries, and technical assistance.
  • Efficiently diagnose issues and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our customer relationship management system.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary to confirm their issues have been resolved.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product details, company guidelines, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills paired with a welcoming attitude.
  • Strong listening abilities and a capacity to understand customer needs.
  • Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on providing effective solutions.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage high volumes of calls.
