  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers through clear and concise communication

  • Verify and update customer demographic information to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze and interpret documents, such as patient orders, to provide informed support
  • Develop a strong understanding of pharmacy prescription terminology to effectively communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with coworkers and patients to provide seamless support and training
  • Apply mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts related to customer orders
  • Exercise sound judgment to carry out instructions and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Meet any licensing requirements necessary for the role
  • Proven data-entry and computer skills

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
