Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Westin Dallas Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, use a positive and clear speaking voice, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Office Operations: Assist the Front Office Manager in managing front office operations, including registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Team Management: Communicate effectively with staff, assign tasks, and observe performance to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, using good judgment and previous experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform accurate arithmetic functions, post charges to guest rooms, and balance the house bank.
- Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience in customer service in hospitality or a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic mathematical skills, and ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system.
