A2Z Sync is expanding and is in search of a Program Manager to enhance our operations.

A2Z Sync, a reputable partner in the automotive sector, specializes in transforming the sales experience into a seamless process for clients. Our innovative cloud-based software manages all facets of the sales transaction, including online retailing, desking, digital finance menus, e-signatures, and various operational support modules.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly proficient and analytical Program Manager to spearhead our strategic projects and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of essential programs, optimize processes, and deliver quantifiable outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

Our team operates across multiple locations, with headquarters in Denver, CO, and teams throughout the US and India. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones is expected.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

This position requires residency in the Denver, CO area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Craft program charters, roadmaps, and success metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
  • Establish governance frameworks and processes, promoting accountability and transparency across teams.
  • Implement comprehensive data-driven reporting systems and dashboards to monitor program performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, utilizing data and analytics to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs), using tools like Lucidchart.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges, mitigate risks, and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Conduct post-program evaluations to capture insights and enhance processes.
  • Promote Agile methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management, guaranteeing consistent and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager, ideally in a technology-focused environment within the software sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions to ensure program success.
  • Expertise in data-driven reporting and analysis, proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience in process documentation and diagramming using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership, providing strategic updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, adept at driving process optimization initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a history of delivering programs on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in various aspects of dealership software systems.
