Compensation:
$84,344 - $113,859/yr

About Us
Springstone operates a behavioral health facility dedicated to providing a full spectrum of care for individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Our services include inpatient care, partial day programs, and intensive outpatient services, with assessments available around the clock.
Role Summary
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will oversee and drive the business development initiatives within the organization. This role involves strategizing, directing, and coordinating efforts to identify and engage potential patient referral sources. The successful candidate will maintain strong, positive relationships with these sources and monitor community trends to identify opportunities for new services and programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new referral sources.
  • Engage in community meetings and programs relevant to our services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events as directed.
  • Keep referral sources updated on any changes to our programs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and proof of insurance for personal vehicle use.
  • Prior experience in business development within a psychiatric healthcare setting.
