Position Summary
We are looking for a highly capable and analytical Program Manager to spearhead our strategic projects and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of critical programs, optimize processes, and achieve measurable outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure alignment with business goals and to promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Our team operates across various locations, with headquarters situated in Denver, CO. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of essential programs, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive program charters, roadmaps, and success metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
- Establish governance frameworks and processes to promote accountability and transparency among cross-functional teams.
- Implement effective data-driven reporting systems and dashboards to monitor program performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, utilizing data and analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges, mitigate risks, and facilitate timely decision-making.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to capture insights and enhance future processes.
- Promote Agile methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management, guaranteeing consistent quality delivery.
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager, ideally in a technology-focused environment within the software sector.
- Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic startup setting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data and making informed decisions to ensure program success.
- Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau.
- Experience in process documentation and diagramming using tools like Lucidchart.
- Ability to engage with executive leadership, providing strategic updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering programs on schedule and within budget.
Desirable
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in dealership software systems.
