Role of the Program Coordinator:

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide essential support to the Program Planning organization, assisting the Life Extension 2 (LE2) Organization in program execution planning activities related to updated deterrent technologies for the U.S. Navy.
  • Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.

Qualifications:

Our employees in this role typically possess over 15 years of experience in relevant fields.

While this position allows for some remote work, the selected candidate will be expected to work on-site as necessary at one of Lockheed Martin's facilities.

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant program planning/scheduling experience and 11 years of prior work experience.
  • Extensive experience in planning/scheduling for programs requiring Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Proficiency with planning/scheduling tools such as OpenPlan, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and oversight.
  • Expertise in integrated cost/schedule techniques.
  • Extensive experience in developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense SECRET clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with @Risk, OnePager Pro.
  • Extensive experience in Earned Value Management, particularly in programs during the development phase.
  • Experience in large program integration.
  • Ability to plan for over 20 years of future scope.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within an integrated team.
  • Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and clients effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to follow-up and closure.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position varies based on location and experience.
