As a Strategic Talent Advisor, you will collaborate with internal client groups to implement YETI's talent strategies and solutions aimed at fulfilling business objectives.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Your role requires a deep understanding of business goals and challenges, as well as the culture of your designated client groups.

You will demonstrate a high level of resilience, enabling you to navigate complex situations effectively.

This position necessitates being onsite during core business hours from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm CT.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with senior leadership within assigned divisions and their respective teams to implement talent strategies that enhance organizational and employee capabilities.
Collaborate with business leaders and Talent Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent reviews, compensation planning, succession planning, and action planning based on employee experience surveys.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while demonstrating a flexible and innovative approach to support business objectives.
Assist managers with performance-related issues; provide coaching and support with performance management documentation.
Partner with leaders to evaluate talent and establish development goals and plans for employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to policies, performance management, etc.
Conduct investigations pertaining to employee relations matters.

Qualifications and Attributes:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations and/or human resources.
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
A Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
Strong understanding of local and federal employment laws (including FMLA, ADA, etc.), performance management, conflict resolution, and benefits.
Experience in proactively identifying ways to add value to the business.
Experience advising managers on complex employee issues and resolving workforce challenges.
Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities, taking responsibility for the outcomes of actions.
Capability to build productive cross-functional relationships.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
Exceptional listening skills, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations, concepts, and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
