Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of donor center operations, including donor recruitment, plasma collection, and quality control
  • Develop and implement action plans to maximize center efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and develop talent within the donor center, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with center leadership to develop and implement business strategies and goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP
  • Develop and maintain thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
  • Participate in the evaluation and review of center staff
  • Direct and monitor the performance of outside vendors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position
  • Associates Degree in Science or Business Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals
  • Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
  • Manual dexterity to perform all phases of donor plasmapheresis
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment

Typical work environment with moderate noise level

May be exposed to freezing temperatures for short periods of time

Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens
