As a Strategic Talent Advisor, you will collaborate with internal client groups to implement YETI's talent strategies and solutions to meet business objectives.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Maintaining a deep understanding of business goals and challenges, as well as the culture of your client groups, is essential.

Your resilience will enable you to navigate complex situations effectively.

This role requires on-site presence during core business hours from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm CT.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with senior leadership within assigned areas and their teams to implement talent strategies that enhance organizational and employee capabilities.
Collaborate with business leaders and Talent Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent assessments, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee experience action planning.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while demonstrating flexibility and innovation to support business objectives.
Assist managers with performance-related issues; provide coaching and support for performance management documentation.
Work with leaders to evaluate talent and develop goals and plans for employee growth.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, performance management, etc.
Conduct investigations related to employee relations matters.

Qualifications and Attributes:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in employee relations and/or human resources.
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
A Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of local and federal employment laws (including FMLA, ADA, etc.), performance management, conflict resolution, and benefits.
Experience in proactively seeking ways to add value to the business.
Experience advising managers on complex employee issues and addressing workforce challenges.
Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities, taking responsibility for outcomes.
Capacity to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
Exceptional listening skills, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
