The Director of Global Talent Acquisition will spearhead the global recruitment efforts, becoming an integral part of the Talent Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer.

- Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in the outdoor and consumer products sectors, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Collaborate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to identify strategic partnerships and optimize recruitment processes, while managing relationships with external agencies.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with financial leaders to accurately project hiring needs aligned with business growth objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, preparing reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a consumer goods context. Proven experience in leading talent acquisition teams and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
