Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Tech Tammina, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements. You will analyze data sets, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will create process flow diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will also include preparing clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Furthermore, you will assist in testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Finally, you will support project managers and senior analysts in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
