Position Overview

This full-time role is centered on orchestrating immersive experiences for a diverse range of prestigious brands while also contributing to business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a dedicated team of account managers to design and implement experiential marketing strategies for various clients.
  • Drive the strategic planning and assessment of integrated marketing initiatives for both new and existing clientele.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to assist in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and project briefs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, translating their aspirations into exceptional experiential programs.
  • Champion operational excellence across departments to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare budgets and manage financial aspects of all experiential initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend staffing requirements to optimally support business needs.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team members and external partners in the creation of brand experiences.
  • Develop timelines that align with the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Manage external vendors and internal teams to bring innovative concepts to fruition, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Travel nationally to oversee events on-site.
Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in experiential marketing within an agency client services environment.
  • Proven experience in managing direct reports to handle daily business operations.
  • Production experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, personable, and enthusiastic with a dynamic personality.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written, verbal, and public speaking communication.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Must be available to work in a hybrid schedule from the New York City office.
