Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Apex Exchange. As a key member of our Account Management & Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, activation teams, and partner agencies
- Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate effective communication and maximize procedural efficiencies
- Manage Business & Operations
- Oversee the management of multiple high-profile accounts, ensuring goal delivery and exceptional customer service
- Manage Salesforce dashboards to track client goals and pacing, and work with the Investment and Publicis internal sales team to prioritize client allocation
- Contribute to the evolution of Salesforce/Dashboards to improve user experience and facilitate better business analysis
- Partner with finance to monitor billing and work with activation teams to ensure cleared/billed invoices remain within client-approved timelines
- Technical Skills
- 10+ years of experience in media, with a strong understanding of how media investment works
- Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Media financial skills and business financial knowledge
- Soft Skills
- Take accountability when things go wrong
- Empower others, giving them space and authority in their roles
- Give recognition when individuals deliver or take risks
- 10+ years of experience in media
- Diverse backgrounds and experience welcome, including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting, or Media Client Side
- Knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in Excel
- Media financial skills and business financial knowledge
