Location: Hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence 2-3 times per week in NYC

As a Senior Account Supervisor, you will have the chance to guide clients through research and strategic initiatives, utilizing a communications and stakeholder engagement perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies and annual plans, incorporating both traditional and digital media components.
  • Oversee daily operations of the agency account team and manage account-related activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients on a daily basis.
  • Independently handle specific projects as needed.
  • Engage in business development and marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or a similar field, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven experience in project and team management.
  • Experience in overseeing client budgets effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse clients and account service teams.
  • Interest in fostering partnerships with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
