Role Summary:

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

Your strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and collaborative approach will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and construction specialists to deliver projects effectively and achieve optimal results.

2. Formulate and execute detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource management, in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

3. Track project milestones, proactively identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.

4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, acting as the primary liaison for all project-related communications and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of project activities.

6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues.

7. Review project documentation, including specifications and contracts, to ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality benchmarks.

8. Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and financial assessments to senior leadership, providing insights on project performance and identifying areas for enhancement.

9. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating innovative strategies into project execution to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A proven history of 15+ years in project management within the construction sector, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, or educational projects.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a keen aptitude for technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring precision in project planning and execution.
