Job Overview

LEN THE PLUMBER Heating and Air is seeking a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to enhance our customer relations efforts. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to our existing clientele to arrange routine service appointments while accurately gathering and documenting any necessary customer details.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask across various platforms, ensuring personalized communication with each customer.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls, meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support departmental objectives and the overall mission of the company.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for sales by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Collect and provide insightful feedback from customers.
  • Foster a positive work environment by adhering to our Core Values and maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by management to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a focus on active listening and comprehension.

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Telecommunication Sales or Customer Service roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Experience interacting with individuals at various organizational levels.
