Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Client Engagement Specialist who will be instrumental in driving our customer-centric initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Education, this role is pivotal in enhancing customer interaction and satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with existing clients to ensure optimal use of our solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with our customer base to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys and discussions to inform product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and technical teams to communicate product enhancement requests.
- Lead initiatives to develop new features based on client input and market trends.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic questioning and analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year in a customer success or related position.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively.
- Exceptional soft skills and a collaborative spirit.
