Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with register operations as needed, ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained during transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries at the front end, facilitating communication between customers and management.
  • Guarantee that customers receive exemplary service by adhering to established customer service protocols.
  • Manage situations involving firearms in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain company standards for product presentation, showcasing top-quality apparel and equipment.
  • Encourage participation in company initiatives, including loyalty programs and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in retail cashier or sales roles.
