Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at DeskTime Talent Inc, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
